Service Level Agreements
Service Level Agreements are a huge part of our business model. They are helpful to both our clients and our company. On the client side of things, a "fully managed" contract guarentees the client a predictable budget for the labor associated with monitoring, management, and support of their IT infrastructure. They also provide guarenteed response times, extended availability outside normal business hours, and significantly reduced rates for support requests falling outside of the agreement. On our side they provide us with the ability to better gauge our staffing requirements to keep our response times low. They really are a win-win for both parties!
Business Class Hardware
While we service/repair all classes of computer hardware, we only sell "business" class hardware. You may or may not be aware of the fact that all the major PC vendors have a multitude of different product offerings. Those offerings are then broken up into different product lines. Groups of those lines are targetted at the business/enterprise market, while others are targetted at the mainstream/residential market. On the residential side you normally find that price is king on the low end, whereas "bling" is king on the high end. The business class products are usually built to fit specific use cases. For instance asset longevity can be a deciding factor for many businesses. When you break that down material durability and manufacturer support/warranties are the cornerstone of what makes business class products more desirable. Granted, we'll order and sell you whatever you want; but we only stock business class hardware and its what we use. You won't find these products on the shelf at your favorite big box store.
